the staff WAs great and very helpful above and beyond.
the BATHROOM in my room was a disaster, the loo flushed ONCE and not again. the shower wasn't great and the tap sprayed water everywhere. also no wifi connection, SHAME.

I found the location convenient near the coach station. Parking was free. the room was a good size family room, also very clean.
I tried to contact the hotel, but i had problems. the water was brown when i tried to run a bath. That was an issue.

i found the staff cute and friendly, a detail i always appreciate. i also took advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms it was a relaxing experience. the bacon at breakfast was cooked to perfection. the room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.
i noticed the floorboards creaked a little.
